I scheduled an in person interview with Kiara and let her know I would send my address a few days prior. I sent the address via text but did not receive any response. I followed up to confirm and mentioned that if anything changed, she could let me know. Due to my son being sick, I reached out again to see if we could switch to a video interview instead, but still received no response at all. I understand that things can come up, but clear communication is important. Not responding at any point shows a lack of reliability and professionalism.
