About Kya

Hello! My name is Kya and I'm going into my junior year of nursing school at Marywood University! I have 4 younger brothers so patience is something I picked up very early on, as well as my leadership! I have picked up jobs babysitting, nannying, and cleaning often throughout high school and in between semesters at college. I love being a part of their growth and development and being able to help wherever I can! I also have one full semester of clinicals at GCMC in Scranton on the medical surgical floor, and have loved every second of it. I have experience with all ages, and I am CPR/BLS certified! I am extremely passionate and caring, I love to socialize with people and be a part of their life even if it's just a small moment! As someone who had to adapt to life changes very early on, I know how hard even little every day tasks can be when life throws some curveballs. Needing help doing those little things, and even the big things, is what I am here for!
