About Kya

I have 5 years of experience in home health care. Graduated Albany Region BOCES, studied in certified nursing assistants, and obtained a certificate as a home health care aid. Attending Hudson Valley Community College in the fall . During my experience in capital region BOCES, I had one on one care with elderly patients volunteering at several nursing homes. During these experiences I have learned ambulation, providing mouth care to patients with teeth and dentures , proper bed making to prevent pressure ulcers, dressing and undressing patients with or without injury, I have experience doing full body bed baths and partial bed baths. I also have experience working with patients who have Demetria and other mental illnesses I have experience in child care and housekeeping as well.
