Hi, my name is Kurt and I am currently a Special Education Teacher at an Elementary School in Glenview, Il. I recently graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Special Education for students ages 3-22. I hold a Professional Educator License and have trainings on various curriculums. I have experience teaching math, reading, writing, and more in special education and general education settings. I am also an eagle scout and previously worked as a summer camp counselor and director for 7 years. When working at camps I worked with kids and individuals ages 7-17. While in high school I held different babysitting jobs for kids ages 8-10. I love engaging in activities both indoors and outdoors. I strive to make learning fun and accessible for students of all abilities!
