Ksenia has been an incredible nanny! She watched our baby (3-7 months) full time this summer. She was absolutely fantastic with him and you can tell he adores her too - he smiles as soon as he sees her! Our son has a loose schedule and we’ve really appreciated how well she balances keeping him on schedule while still allowing flexibility on the days when he needs it! She’s really communicative with us as well, letting us know whenever he is getting a cold or sending us adorable pictures throughout the day. She has also been able to watch our older son (4 years old) whenever we had a gap in his daycare. Even our 4 year old gets excited to see her in the morning before school. We really cannot recommend Ksenia more strongly!
