I understand the importance of clear communication, providing regular updates via text or phone call, and written daily reports. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I also focus on understanding each person's preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I can provide transportation, assist with errands and shopping, and do light housekeeping. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
