Neglect. She didn't show up to pick up my child which was part of the job, essentially quitting without telling us. My child was crying at school after all the other kids were picked up and I had to scramble home to pick up. I under stand that sometimes you find another job or it is not a good fit, but you at least should be an adult, especially when a child is involved a say something if you have any type of conscience. I remember babysitting when I was in my teens and even then I had the professional maturity to tell someone if I was quitting so they could make alternate arrangements.
