About Krystel

I'd describe my personality as warm, whimsical, and rigorous. I like working with kids because I love to see the world through their eyes and to play discover and learn as they navigate the world. I also love the relationships I create with families. I'm looking for a job with good communication trust, flexibility, and a mutually beneficial relationship. I started working with kids when I was 14 by babysitting a family friend. At 17 I taught dance classes to children. When I was 18 I worked at a summer camp for 2 years. Since 2010 I have been nannying/babysitting in NYC. I am a professional dancer in a company where I teach, create, perform, and sometimes tour. I enjoy painting, playing ukulele, and singing One thing you should know about me is I am a proud daughter of immigrants, English is my dominant language but I also speak Spanish. I value my own cultural heritage as well as yours! My skills include empathy/emotional care, active play, and good communication.
