We messaged with Krystal and set up a time for a phone call. She confirmed the time and asked that we call her. We called her at the appointed time and she did not answer. We tried again 5 min later and still no reply. We tried again at the 15 min past mark and still no answer. We left a voicemail, sent a text and also sent her a message on Care.com asking if she needed to reschedule. She never replied to any of these. It was very disappointing given that she had good reviews from other families. 

She was great. We were super apprehensive as this was our first care.com experience. She set us at ease immediately and our kids want her back ! 

Krystal was a god send. She was punctual and dove right in to hanging out with my kids. This was our first time hiring someone from Care.com and she made the experience easy and worry free. She was very friendly, cleaned up after feeding my kids, and even made slime with them! 10/10! 

Krystal has been great! She has cared for our toddler during his daycare breaks and has been dependable, communicative and reliable. More importantly, she has been great with our son! He is pretty cautious around strangers and usually hesitant to interact but he has really liked being with her! She brought new activities and crafts and they had a great time together. We plan to continue using Krystal when we need extra help. She's wonderful! Can't recommend her enough! 

Blown away by not only how sweet and caring she was for my son, but also very professional! I would give more stars if I could. She took my 9 month on a walk, read books, and even did art! Best care giver ever!!! 

We hired Krystal to watch our 2 girls last night and couldn't be more pleased.  She was punctual, brought the perfect crafts to entertain the kids and my older daughter woke up bragging about how much fun she had.  We will definitely be calling her again for future jobs! Thank you, Krystal.

My husband and I hired Krystal to watch our children back in January. Originally, we were going to attend the event at 7pm but we decided to attend at 5. So, I reached out to Krystal and asked if she could arrive two hours early and she did. We were so thankful. The kids really liked her a lot. She has a great personality and has very good energy ( positive vibes). We will definitely be hiring her again as she is now our #1 sitter of choice. 

My 3.5 year old daughter loves when Krystal watches her. She is fantastic.

The kids adore her! She did such an amazing job keeping my toddler busy and in comforting my infant. It was the first time we left the kids that long, but I knew they were in good hands. She's wonderful! 

We hired Krystal to keep our three young daughters (5, 3, and 1) while we attempted to get back into "date night", post-children. Up to this point we've not really trusted anyone outside of our family to watch our kiddos while we went out (which  has only been when they have been in town). It's been a hardship, but something we were concerned about with such young children. From the minute I began communicating with Krystal, I was at ease. She's a mother of young children as well, and she knows the good, bad, and ugly that come from toddler life. She was punctual, kind, and very caring. And, has been mentioned, she brings along a bag of craft projects which my daughters simply loved. She managed meal time, bath time, play time, and bedtime with no issues at all. We are very grateful to have found Krystal and to know we have someone reliable to count on for future outings.

Krystal was great. I'd never used Care.com before, and she made me feel really great about the experience. she was on time and so nice. she even brought crafts, sent pictures,  and kept notes on when my on 8month old ate, got changed, and slept-- none of which i asked her to do or expected. she definitely exceeded my expectations. and my baby liked her, too!

Krystal was an instant hit with our daughter who rated her as one of her favorites after just one sitting. Very professional, timely and even brought art supplies because I'd mentioned our daughter liked art. 

Krystal was wonderful! She arrived early and was immediately comfortable with our kids and dog. The girls absolutely loved her and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!

If I could give her more stars I would! I hired Krystal when she didn't have any reviews (she's new to the care.com platform) and I was blown away! We are new to the area and have a 13 month old. I say that because she's great ESPECIALLY for those families are don't have a regular sitter and may be anxious about getting away. She arrived early, was genuinely pleasant and -here's the wow factor- brought her OWN learning games/bubbles/crafts for our daughter! So she wasn't just babysitting but was actually helping our little one develop! We came home to a happy baby with a full tummy and a wonderful craft project to frame! She sent a picture half way through our date to reassure us and sent more when we arrived home. We will DEFINITELY be using her again- that is if she isn't already booked! She's amazing, y'all!!!!!
