Hi there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been caring for children for nearly a decade and have worked with infants, toddlers, and children with special needs. I spent about two years around Occupational, ABA, and Speech Therapists and still use many of their tools and strategies in my caregiving. While I've spent recent years working in TV production, things have slowed down-so I'm returning to my roots. I genuinely love supporting families and helping households run smoothly. I'm organized, nurturing, and bring a calm, playful energy to any environment. I'm also a proud foster volunteer with Muddy Paws Rescue (look them up-they're great!) and happy to help care for pets, too. I have excellent references and would be happy to share them upon request. Krystal was a phenomenal care giver. My son (almost 2) had never been in any kind of daycare or long-term babysitting, and was transitioning to nursery school when we found Krystal. We needed someone to take care for him for the three weeks between when my job started and his school started. She was incredible! She bonded with him almost immediately (he always asked about "friend Krystal"), was super reassuring (knowing it was my first time away from my son for full days), sent photos and updates based on what I felt comfortable with, got him to nap in the crib without rocking him (a miracle), and took him on lots of fun adventures in the neighborhood. She was always responsive, on time, and flexible with our needs while also teaching us new ways to support our son. I felt 100% confident that he was safe, loved, well-cared for, well-fed, and having a great time whenever he was with Krystal. As an added bonus, she takes amazing photos - some of our favorite photos of him were the ones she sent us! I can't recommend her highly enough.
