I am a licenced pharmacy technician and student. I discovered my love for caring for others at a very young age. I have 12 years of professional child care experience working with children of all ages.

Krystal works for me as a nanny and personal assistant. She was everything and more to my family. She assisted in the family dynamic I truly desired for my family. My children loved her and still call her today.

After spending 8 months at home with my first child, I needed to return to work and find a caregiver for my daughter. Moms, you know that we don't think anyone can love and care for our child like we can. Well, Krystal is a very close second.  Krystal has provided care for us at all hours of the day and night.  I trust her completely to provide the care that I would if I were there.

During our first call, Krystal impressed me with the questions she had about my needs and my daughter.  She was better prepared than I was.  It was clear that she knew what she was doing, but also valued being able to provided consistency for my daughter.  During the call and interview, she shared her knowledge and experience, and asked many questions to learn about my daughter's routine, temperament, behaviors, and special needs. 

Kids are very intuitive and great judges of character. My daughter is especially particular about the vibes people give off. Gladly, my daughter and I took to Krystal right away. It was almost as if she was a family member who had been there all along.

Krystal is punctual, respectful, warm, skilled, knowledgeable, dependable, helpful, loving, and trustworthy 

I appreciated that she was consistent with implementing the rules and boundaries I had set for my daughter. My daughter has also been very advanced in her development.  I was very glad to see that her pace of development continued although I was away from her.  That let me know that Krystal was actively engaged with my daughter and that she continued to stimulate and challenge her. Some activities included singing, reading and teaching things like colors.

Krystal was gracious enough to accompany me in my new city to assist my daughter with the transition. I could only keep her a few days, so now she's all yours. :) You can stop your search now! You will not be able to find a better caregiver for your precious child(ren).

Krystal cared for my daughter as a live in nanny while I was away for military training. She did an amazing job and I was worry free about things at home. She was there for my daughter and made sure she was taken great care of. She is very reliable, trustworthy and a great babysitter!

Krystal watched my daughter full time as a live in Nanny while I went away for the military for 6 weeks. She did amazing. She cooked and cared for my daughter and they had a lot of fun together.  I was able to rest assured my baby was taken care of while I was away.

Krystal was a huge blessing to our family! Our children immediately took a liking to her and she was more than I could ever hope for in a sitter.  We initially need her for just a few hours on the weekends here and there however, circumstances change and we needed a sitter Monday thru Friday 8 hours a day for about 5 weeks and Krystal quickly step up and said it would be no issue. This was the ultimate relief for our family. She took the children on day trips to local attractions, parks and swimming pools, which broke up the monotony of stay at home each day. I never felt our children were not in the best care with her.

Krystal was amazing and we will continue to work with her. She takes the kids for outings, to the park, the pool, picks up some goggles for them if theirs broke. I was very impressed. Very mature for her age.

Krystal is very detailed oriented and an excellent monitor of the children's needs activities, and behaviors. She is creative and finds various to engage the children physically and mentally. She demonstrates a true passion for children all ages. My son really loves Krystal and is always looking forward to seeing her. She is a very comforting spirit.
