Hello families! My name is Krystal, and I'm a CPR and First Aid certified caregiver with over 9 years of experience working with children from newborn to 13 years old. I've been working for four years as a lead teacher in a daycare and a year and a half as a nanny, giving me a strong background in child development, safety, and daily routines, arts and crafts.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish and pride myself on being dependable, organized, and attentive. I always make sure children feel safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day. Krystal is amazing. She was my daughter’s teacher at daycare from ages 2 to 3 and was so caring and loving. My daughter seemed to love her, so I decided to ask Krystal to babysit for us on the weekends. My son was only 1 at the time but instantly fell in love with her her as well, so we knew she was a perfect match for our family. Krystal can juggle meal time, bath and bedtime with ease. She is patient, kind, and trustworthy and that’s all I can really ask for in someone taking care of my babies!

Krystal is the kindest person ever. She is the first person we have left our daughter with besides family members and I couldn’t trust her more. Hello, Krystal was excellent  Our sitter arrived early, was very professional, and immediately engaged our son in an activity. She even exceeded our expectations by sending us a text to let us know that our son went right to sleep and all was well. For the first time, my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our evening without worry.

My family loves  Krystal. Krystal has been with our family for over a year now and has taken great care of our 3 year old son, who is on the spectrum. She takes her time with him teaches him new things all the time. She is wonderful at creating activities and projects with him. I know Krystal also has a background in child care centers that is the main reason we hired her for him cause he needs a playful nanny/sitter and structure all at the same time. Krystal is very punctual if not early. Very kind hearted and loving and just has a mother’s touch to her or some should say big sister.  In my experience with her anyone that would hire her is hiring a prize! Trusting someone with your children is very hard but with Krystal it came with ease. She is great with communication regardless what is needed for our son and also about how he is doing through this time with her, snack times and lunch times and or dinner times are normally hard but krystal has gotten my son to sit down and eat with her. Also potty training has been so easy Krystal has some really good ideas and helpful hints for him. Over all Krystal would make a great addition to any family looking for a nanny! 

Where do i even start! Krystal is such an amazing person & the title of nanny suits her so well. My kids loved spending time with her when honestly my kids don’t really like to spend time with literally nobody except me. Krystal sits with them and does so many different activities & entertaining educational games which i love to see every single time. I absolutely love having her over & for sure will keep contacting when necessary. Her experience and knowledge really reflected once i seen her interact with my children! 
Let me mention one last thing, krystal is very responsible & dependable. Last minute calls if her schedule is open; she always have helped me out; flexible schedule & always will update if anything comes up.
