Hello! My name is Krystal, I have over 3 years of experience caring for children ranging from 6 months to 14 years old as a nanny. I currently work at a middle school as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities. This role has allowed me to strengthen my patience, communication, and problem-solving skills while creating engaging, supportive environments tailored to each child's unique needs. I am CPR certified, pet-friendly, and I speak Spanish and ASL, which helps me connect with a wide variety of families. In addition, I am pursuing my degree at CSUSM to become an elementary teacher, I am passionate about helping children learn and grow.
