I have been doing pca work for 3 years now. I have dealt with dementia patients, cancer patients, and patients who have needed hospice. I have done full showers, bed bath, meal prep, house cleaning, laundry, I have done it all. I have taken care of bed sores and I have managed medication. I love my patients like they are my family. I did a phone interview with Krystal and things went well. I offered her a working interview for a two hour span and she accepted. When the day came, she was about ten minutes late so I called her to see if she was running behind and she said she meant to message me but her son had an appointment . I'm wondering to myself why she didn't tell me until I contacted her. She asked that we reschedule and I told her I would let her know about a day/time. Anyways shortly after the call I sent her a message asking about the time of the appointment and she read it but never replied. Later that evening I messaged her again stating that it didn't seem like she was very interested in the position and she read it, and didn't reply again. I don't understand why she wouldn't just say she changed her mind or something similar. *this was for childcare but if I was unable to select that
