We have been using Krystal for years -- she has known my two older stepsons since they were 4 and 5, and now they are 13 and 14! We also now have a 6 year old and a 2 year old, and if that weren't enough we have 2 dogs that add to the chaos! I consider my kids a handful, the younger ones especially are like energizer bunnies that are constantly pushing boundaries and exploring their surroundings. I would not trust just anyone with my kids because of this, but Krystal is patient, kind, and has such a quiet and calming presence on them that it is really incredible to watch how they behave with her. On top of all of that, she is very responsive and punctual. And, though not a requirement, she does well with our dogs as well! She is always my first choice, I cannot say enough good things about her.
