I feel fulfilled when looking after little ones. I feel I can be an advocate, teacher, and friend to children. I've been told that I have an intuitive sense with kids. I've looked after everyone from babies to teenagers, on and off for 8 years. I took a break to finish up my degree but lately I've sensed something missing from my life. I think children need and deserve respect and that is the driving force behind my approach to childcare. They want to feel validated. I believe you can be gentle but firm with reason. I avoid ever making them feel controlled. I'm great with newborns and infants, I think it's my intuition. Some of my best conversations have been with 7-month-olds. I've always had an affinity for childcare. I would love the opportunity to support your family! NOTE: I only have two reviews but I definitely have more experience. Even after follow-ups though, sometimes parents are hard to pin down for the review requests. Understandable, since y'all are busy.
