With five years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I focus on building trust so that those I care for feel empowered to remain as active as possible. My approach is rooted in patience and empathy, whether I am assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, or running errands. I have had CPR Training and First Aid Training and I'm in the process of updating those certifications to ensure your loved one remains safe. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to changing routines with a calm demeanor. I prioritize your family's preferred communication method, providing regular updates to keep you fully informed. My goal is to help your loved ones age with grace and dignity. I look forward to the opportunity to bring peace of mind to your family and provide the compassionate support your loved one deserves. I have also been trained as an end of life doula with INELDA.
