About Kristleena

I started professionally working in the childcare field in 2009. Most of that time was spent in a daycare setting. Then, in 2018, I started to work for my first nanny family, twin infants (boys) and amazing parents. Being able to actively and efficiently work with parents directly is a wonderful experience! I have experience with sleep training, wake windows, establishing routines, both cloth and disposable diapers, preparing breast milk and formula, transitioning to cups (both open mouth and straws), tracking developmental milestones, baby led weaning, meal planning, meal prepping, the introduction of new foods, potty training, preparing for daycare, and many other areas of childcare. I am CPR and First Aid certified and up to date on my vaccinations. I have a clean driving record and no points on my license. I have a reliable vehicle that is fully in, so sured and has no mechanical issues. I also use baby signs, a rudimentary sign language, in conjunction with English.
