About Kristi

As a devoted mom and a childcare professional with over 10 years of experience, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to the families I support. I'm passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and feel truly cared for. My childcare journey began early as age 9 when my nephew was born. Growing up in a big family with four older siblings, caregiving came naturally. By 16, I was a summer camp counselor for elementary-aged kids, and I also worked at an after-school program while in high school. During college, I continued babysitting for families. After college, I briefly explored law enforcement but found my true calling in working with children and families. I've spent the past several years as a social worker where I've gained deep knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and the importance of emotional support and structure. However, I am excited to return to full-time nannying!
