About Kristi

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I adapt my strategies--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions--to match your specific needs. When concepts become challenging, I connect them to your personal interests and celebrate every small success to keep you motivated. I believe open communication with you and your family is essential for building the trust required to reach your academic goals. Whether we are working on math, test preparation, or study skills, I find the most reward in witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I look forward to helping you grow and succeed in a way that feels meaningful to you.
