With more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), I have dedicated my career to promoting independence, dignity, and person-centered care. I began as a Direct Support Professional, providing hands-on assistance with daily living, behavioral support, and community integration, and advanced into management roles overseeing residential and community-based services. As a leader, I focus on staff development, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality, individualized supports. I am passionate about mentoring teams, advocating for those served, and creating safe, inclusive environments where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
