About Kristin

Kristin was my RN preceptor when I began my new career as a medical/surgical staff RN in 2010. (I had 30 years RN experience in maternal child health prior to this). What impressed me the most was no matter how busy the work day, she always made the time to assist me and the other new nurses and was a willing and excellent resource. I frequently witnessed her giving and receiving hugs from patients and their families. Kristin was always the first to lend a hand and the last to take a break on our extremely busy and short staffed unit. And always with a smile. I consider myself most fortunate to have learned from one of the best professional RNs in my 35 years in the field. Kristin is an expert medical/ surgical nurse, exhibits compassion and caring to patients and staff, is a knowledgeable and patient teacher and would be a true asset for any organization.
