We have had the pleasure of working with Kristin for the past 8 months as she has cared for our 2.5-year-old daughter, A. It was clear from the start that Kristin has a genuine love for children and was passionate about her work as a nanny. She has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to the care of A. Kristin has been excellent at communicating with us about A's progress and we have appreciated her insights and suggestions for activities and strategies that have helped A to develop and grow. She has been proactive in addressing any issues that have arisen and has always been willing to work with us to find solutions that work best for our family. She's been instrumental in A's potty-training journey, as well. One of the things that we have appreciated most about Kristin is her creativity and enthusiasm for engaging A in learning and play. She has a wealth of knowledge about child development and has used this to create stimulating and educational activities that A has loved. We have seen A's confidence and skills grow under Kristin's care, and we feel grateful for the positive impact she has had on A's development. Overall, we highly recommend Kristin! She has been an integral part of our family over the past 8 months, and we feel lucky to have had her as A's caregiver.
