I have always had a love and passion for children as I have worked with them and babysat since I was in high school. And a mom myself. Past job experiences include : nannying a family of 3 for approximately 1 year. Worked as a Lead Toddler Teacher in a private daycare/preschool center with weekly themed lesson plans which included: language arts, cognitive development, motor skills, self-help, creative art, social development and much more. Prior to day care I worked as a Special Education Teaching Assistant for 5 years in Plainfield School District. I primary worked with children with Autism in kindergarten. However I have worked all areas of special education including learning disabilities to severe and profound up to 8th grade. My most recent job experience has been working in a preschool setting for Minooka School district I do have 3 children of my own as well and one dog.
