I have been involved in childcare the majority of my life, in all the various aspects, from being a full time nanny-both live in and live out- to working in multiple daycare classrooms as a teacher. I have worked with children from 3 weeks of age through school age children. I have been involved in planning educationally appropriate activities, nutritious snacks, and maintaining the safety of up to 10 children at a time. In the home setting, I was responsible for the day to day activities of the children, such as maintaining the children's daily routine such as outings, sleep schedules etc. I have also been responsible for the upkeep of the children's laundry, meal planning, and cleanliness of their bedrooms and playroom as needed.
