Kristin came to my house and spent an hour walking through my house and talking with me about my concerns. At the end of that meeting we set a date for her to return pending my approval of her estimate. She texted me a price for her services and I agreed. She texted hours before she was supposed to be there for our appointment claiming she had a pulled muscle. She asked me when she could come the next week instead. I responded with a question about her availability and have not heard anything. Ever. I texted her and messaged her here on Care.com. No response. Not sure what to think.
