Kristen took wonderful care of my 83 year old mother as my mom had broken both of her upper arm bones so was not able to use either arm. Kristen was very dedicated and compassionate dealing with my elderly mother who at times wasn't very pleasant and frustrated with her situation. Kristen never took anything personally and always showed up on time, working long hours with a smile. She demonstrated extreme flexibility with the hours as sometimes my mom needed her to stay longer. She was always very good at communicating with other family members about any concerns and also relayed my mom's needs and concerns. She kept my mom company at her bedside, entertaining her and helping her past the time in between her care appointments. You wouldn't have any complaints if you hired Kristen as a caregiver as she's 100% trustworthy.
