About Kristin

I have a playful, multisensory approach to teaching all academic and emotional socials kills. In my last 15 years, working with people with exceptionality as a special education teacher, I have found that breaking up complex academic skills into small tasks (task analysis) , and building on each skill after mastery allows for competency and confidence. I celebrate the small wins, and present redirection with playfulness, kindness, and a multisesnsory learning approach. I believe that all parents should have the opportunity to learn the skills I learned as a teacher and so I'm open to teaching parents learning tools so that they can help support their child's academic progress.
