Kris was trained for WEEKS. She worked ONE DAY alone and said she "couldn't do the job." She was combative about receiving feedback--and blamed my daughter for not responding when Kris didn't follow her protocols. This morning is my mother's funeral. Kris walked in and said, "She can't do this." Then she left. I assume she has quit without notice--and I don't have her as a caregiver as planned today. She is completely undependable and will not take feedback.
