Kristin is very good with older potty trained children but needs guidance with infants and non verbal toddlers. I feel though that with a little more experience handling very young ages maybe as a mothers helper she will be awesome with young ones too. I definitely think she is dependable, clear about her schedule ahead of time, and takes directions very well. Definitely would hire her again. Also, I trust her in my home and with my kids.
