About Kristin

I hired Kristin to work as support staff for my mother-in-law who suffers from dementia based on her claim of experience listed in her profile. Her only requirements were to show up on time, and follow simple directions given to her by my lead caregivers. Unfortunately, she was unable to catch on to our routine even after several days, and therefore, could not work independently. In fact, I would be unsure of hiring her to work with any seniors with dementia. She was also late several times, left early more than once, and scheduled a doctor's appointment during her shift without letting me know, so that I could cover her hours with someone else. That left us scrambling for coverage, so I felt that I had to let her go and hire someone more reliable.
