Kristin had been a great help to our family over the years.  Worked for us full time, but our kids got bigger and now in teenage years.  Still in contact with her, and she has came over to watch the girls when we were out of town for weddings and work events! Highly recommend, very punctual, never cancelled or did no call no show.  Care.com used to be very creepy and weird in 2021 era,  very big on communication.  Willing to speak more on her behalf over phone if needed. 

Helps with date nights and cancellations,  never had an issue! Very professional and Great with the kids. She even brought over arts and crafts !

What a mess. After interviewing and setting a start date, the day before she was supposed to begin. She was aware we were returning from travel and that one our kids went to day care during the day. She made excuses for all the other bad reviews so we decided to give her a chance and we got burned. Don't waste your time.

Very friendly ! She's big on communication, which is key in finding a caregiver for my child.  She is great for date nights, and long term. Been with us a year and a half.  Still use her for date nights.

spoke with her many times regarding babysitting for my son. She said she was free for the dates needed, and agreed on an interview time. The day of the interview, she did not respond to messages, basically ghosted us. would not hire or interview again.

I told her the time I needed for the next day the morning before. She messaged back at 1pm saying she could be there at 8am the next day. My job clearly states the city I need services (Harper Woods) I replied to her a little after 830pm with the exact address, as I forgot she didn't have access to the info. She messages me back at 11pm claiming I didn't respond until 10 pm. Basically, she stood me up for sitter services late at night when she knew she agreed to come in the morning. Clearly changed her mind on wanting to get up early. Not reliable at all. The games aren't worth it with this girl... look elsewhere.

We interviewed Kristin to be a nanny for our twin girls. She would have been perfect, but her schedule was a little conflicting with what we needed at the time. I would highly recommend her to anyone with newborns! 

Very capable competent  with a newborn.  Always readily accessible by phone or text.  My youngest took right to her.

Kristin seemed nice and was okay with the kids but not the right fit for our family.  She put very little effort into the nanny job.  

Had a planned interview with Kristin today and she was a no call no show.

I had spoken with Kristen several times over the phone and arranged an in person interview regarding care for my 7 year old daughter.  I made arrangements to meet at a specified location, day and time and Kristen did not show up for the interview, neither did she call with an explanation.  I thought maybe our signals were crossed, so I even attempted to call her back and left a message and she did not return my call.
