I can't say enough about Kristen and how excellent she is with my 2.5 year old twin toddlers. They get so excited when they know she is coming over. She keeps them entertained and laughing for hours. She is always punctual and reliable. We have been using Kristen for months now and it has just gotten better and better as the girls have gotten to know her and I have peace of mind knowing they are in good hands.
