About Kristin

Experienced nanny, or in today's terminology, Granny, seeking a new family! Though I call myself a granny, I am a very fit 57-year-old runner and the mother of two grown kids. After teaching for 20 years, I decided to follow my dream to become a nanny. I now have 13 years experience and I still wake up excited to go to work. I love to read to children of all ages, including newborns. I also really enjoy playing outside, doing age appropriate arts and crafts, listening to kids' music, and singing. (Full disclosure, I have a terrible voice, but I know more children's songs than most people.) I have worked with three sets of twins, starting with all of them from ages 4 to 10 weeks. I have extensive experience with newborns. My ideal job is with newborn twins or a newborn. I'd like a long term position, I've been with my current family for 4. 5 years.
