**I am currently employed full time at Christian Hospital, and I work 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. three nights a week. I work there every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) but the other days can vary week to week. The availability section here doesn't allow for that explanation. One thing I can say with ease is that I am absolutely passionate about caregiving. Since getting started in the field around 2015, I have learned over and over the importance of this role and have remained committed to doing it the best way I know how. I can also say with confidence that with passion for what we do, many of the characteristics that make a caregiver extraordinary come naturally. Hands down, one of the biggest frustrations I have is seeing someone (or their loved ones) face a barrier in getting the care they need at a time when it is often times crucial. Whether that barrier is financial, or logistical, or finding a "good fit", or something else entirely, I want to knock it down at every opportu
