About Kristina

Aloha, my name is Kristina. I am 34 years old, a Mother of 2 children, and a former yoga teacher. My first job was becoming a caregiver at an accredited local daycare caring for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Originally from Oregon, I took some college to learn about Early Childhood Education before moving to Hawaii in 2011. On the Big Island I continued my education by working for the YWCA Developmental Preschool caring for a class of 12 children under 5 years old. During COVID, I transitioned to providing private nannying services for families who needed year-round support raising their littles. This also includes homesteading while my parents go on business trips for up to 2 weeks at a time. Yes, my families trust me to care for their home and children while they are away. I am happy to clean, cook, play, organize, and plan excursions for the children. Because of the intimate care I provide for these families my rates will also reflect that starting at $20- $30 an hour.
