About Kristina

I have experience with companionship with seniors which involved playing games, crafty activities, music, or reading books. I also have experience with physical assistance regarding mobility - in and out of wheelchairs and beds - and also with hygiene and grooming. I also have experience with housework and yard work - cutting grass, weeding, raking, rearranging furniture, and gardening. I have run errands, and also helped with monitoring medications and prescriptions. I also have experience with meal preparation, and have prepared meals for health situations like diabetes. I cared for my grandmother, who had Alzheimer's, through visitations ar her healthcare facility. I have also cared for my father after his back surgery, and I currently care for elderly friends who have serious health situations. I greatly enjoy working with seniors. I find it rewarding for them to be comfortable, and have company and not feel alone.
