We hired Kristina and truly believed she was a good fit for our two toddlers. They loved her and took well to her. She has a very warm presence and worked only a couple days throughout the week. She was very clean and had no issue doing the necessary requirements we had for her. We made sure she knew we needed someone reliable from jump. She ended up the texting me and said she would not be available any long shortly after hiring her which pit a real strain on my family and I out of respect I would have preferred a phone call. She was great but did not hold up her end of the bargain to be reliable as expressed during the date of hire.
