About Kristina

I am a patient, friendly, and reliable caregiver with a degree in Kinesiology from Longwood University. I completed an internship at a physical therapy clinic, where I gained valuable experience working with individuals with limited mobility. I also have personal experience caring for my grandparents during their times of need, which helped me develop compassion and a strong understanding of the importance of quality care. Additionally, I have some experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and strive to provide support that helps seniors feel comfortable, safe, and respected.
