I am a 35-year-old mother of 3. I have been cleaning houses for 10 plus years. I do anything from weekly cleanings to construction clean ups. I reside in Beulah Al. Which basically gives me the ability to work anywhere from Auburn/ Opelika, and up to Columbus/ Phenix city. I live in the country and absolutely love it. I enjoy cleaning for other families especially on a regular basis after cleaning for as long as I have it basically gives you a chance to have an extended family. ​I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent housekeeping service provided at my home. I had high hopes for a professional and detailed cleaning, but unfortunately, the service fell short in several key areas.

​The most significant problem was the lack of thoroughness. The cleaner seemed to rush through the tasks, resulting in a number of overlooked areas. For instance, the countertops were wiped down, but smudges and crumbs were left near the edges. Similarly, the bathroom wasn't properly sanitized, and I noticed toothpaste splatters on the faucet after the service was complete.
Furthermore, it felt as though the work was incomplete. I specifically requested that the blinds be dusted, but they were not touched. The floors were vacuumed, but the carpet looked like it had only been given a quick pass.

​In summary, the quality of the cleaning was well below what I would expect from a professional service. The job was sloppy and incomplete, which is unacceptable for the price paid. I regret to say that I will not be using this service again.

So good, so professional. Plus, she's very patient and helpful to me since I'm a bit disabled. I searched care.com for the right person whom I can trust and I know she's going to show up as promised. That wasn't the case with others.

Kristina just cleaned our house for the first time and did a great job! She was thorough and quick - both of which I appreciate. She is also a good communicator so far:)!

Got straight to the point in cleaning once I should her everything I wanted done. Everything was to satisfaction.

Kristy does a great job cleaning. She has a hard time getting here at the appointed time. We are retired, so we can be more flexible. She has young children and sometimes has to cancel when things come up with them, which is understandable. She is very trustworthy and we are very comfortable with her being in our home when we are not there.

Kristina did a fantastic job cleaning my home! She also helped me out by folding a lot of our laundry and it was so neatly done. I really appreciate her work ethic and how nice she is. My husband and I have been saying what a great job she did since she left :)

Always love coming home after Kristina cleans because she is a meticulous worker!  She's easy to get a hold of and always comes on time.

And our opinion Kristina is the best one we've ever interviewed because she's very professional and thorough and dependable and asks  if she can even do more it's very rare these these days to find a good person like her!

I hired Kristina for a bi-weekly job. She showed up earlier than I expected and was ready for go. I showed her what needed to be done and she did an awesome job. I would easily hire Kristina again. She is nice and works very hard and quickly and does an awesome job. I suggest you hire her if you can.

Kristina was on time, did the job thoroughly and had a very kind disposition. I was so pleased that I asked her to return again later this month! 

She pays attention to detail. I am very pleased with her work. 

Kristi does an excellent job of cleaning.  And she is very kind and helpful to my 94 year old mother.  

It was our first time utilizing someone to clean our house and she made it a very rewarding experience! Very thorough and aims to please her customers!
