With over 17 years experience working in private homes, I have cared for many families, their homes, and their pets, including a position as a full-time executive housekeeper of a 15, 000 sq ft primary residence in Birmingham, MI for a professional couple with two children and a domestic staff team of eight staffers. This position was responsible for the daily, weekly, and deep cleaning of this home, as well as, weekly inventory, daily stocking of supplies, shopping, and errands for the home. This position also managed the preparation and upkeep of guest rooms, ad hoc organizational projects, seasonal wardrobe turn-over, finery upkeep, back-up laundress duty, seasonal decorating, gift wrapping, and any other home or personal project that may arise for the family.
