I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for 26 years and I love helping folks with mobility and physical activity that they enjoy. This may include going to the mall, taking in nature at a park, strolling around the neighborhood, or just walking in the home. Movement is key and walking is the best medicine! I am also passionate about fall prevention with balance training and safe walking with assistive devices as needed. My mission is to keep you or your loved one functionally independent at home. I can assist you with home exercises for strengthening and balance, as well as make home modification recommendations for safety, if you desire. Whether it's an old injury, deconditioning, weakness, dementia, lung disease, or just plain fear, I can help you get back on your feet with confidence. Don't worry, I meet you where you are and we go at your comfortable pace. You will be amazed at how much progress you can make in just one hour 2-3x per week with me at your side.
