About Kristi

I'm a kind, patient, dependable, and organized caregiver who genuinely loves working with children and being part of their growth. My experience includes working as a preschool teacher, middle school special education, and classroom support at an elementary school, in addition to raising two children of my own and supporting childcare for the children of family and friends. I'm hands-on and not afraid to get on the floor to play, be silly, read books, help with homework, or plan activities that keep children engaged. I stay physically active and am comfortable supervising swimming and pool activities. I'm also reliable, attentive, professional, and understand the importance of creating a safe, positive, and structured environment while still making sure children have fun.
