About Kristie

I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my whole life. I currently have two cats and foster three more which were pulled from death row in the NY City shelter system. I have many years of experience with both dogs and cats, have fostered over a dozen cats and several dogs, and am active in my community's trap, neuter, and release program and various animal rescue initiatives. As a certified New York State Critical Care EMT, I provide emergency care for sick and injured humans. I bring that level of care to all of my work with animals, and am trained for pet emergencies and comfortable administering medications. Pets are family, and we expect the same level of care and attention paid to them as we would with any other family members. When I care for your pet, he or she is treated with love and respect.
