About Kristie

I'm a mother of three whose love for children began early. My mom owned a licensed daycare, and I started helping her around age 16. I also have firsthand experience with neurodivergence and understand that every child develops, communicates, learns, and connects differently. I believe one of the greatest gifts we can give a child is to truly see them for who they are and meet them where they are. That belief extends beyond my family. Mentorship and nonprofit work are among my greatest passions. I've spent years mentoring young people and currently serve on the Board of Directors for a large nonprofit dedicated to strengthening children, young adults, and families. Professionally, I've built a successful career in business and consulting, but advocating for children is where my heart has always been. Now that my children are older, I have the opportunity to spend more time doing something I genuinely love.
