I am a professional, mature adult woman with two grown children, and I'm looking for the opportunity to assist in the daily care of your child(ren) during the week; with some weekend availability possible. After the birth of my granddaughter in 2021, I decided to quit my corporate job in order to be available to help with her upbringing. The permission to occasionally bring my (almost 2year old) granddaughter with me to 'work' is a must! I've been employed for the past 20+ months as a residential logistics manager for a family in Plano but would like to find something a bit closer to where we live. After earning my Early Childhood and Bachelors degrees, as well as a teaching certificate with an ESL endorsement from SMU, I taught preschool and elementary school for over 20 years. I have many skills and I can be very helpful with taking care of your child(ren) during the week; with some weekend availability possible.
