About Kristen

I spent many years caring for my mother full time, when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. I enjoyed finding activities that were enjoyable and enriching for her, from quietly sitting together to craft activities to even playing percussion instruments! I know first hand the challenges of being a caregiver as well as the joys and wish to be able to continue to use the skills I learned with my mother in order to help others have the care coverage they may need in order to conduct their own appointments or have a respite break.
