About Kristen

With an airline pilot husband and my own demanding career as a business executive, Kristen has truly been one of the secrets of my success as a working mom of three! We met Kristen through Care.com seven years ago, just after moving to the Memphis area when our children were 7 and 3 (boy/girl twins). From day one, she was a God-send — kind, compassionate, and conscientious — and she quickly became the sixth member of our family. Kristen has a work ethic that is rare these days. She is dependable, proactive, and constantly looking for ways to make life easier for our family — whether it’s tackling an extra load of laundry, straightening up the kitchen, or anticipating what the next day will bring. She takes initiative without being asked and approaches everything she does with thoughtfulness and care. As a caregiver, Kristen is patient, engaging, and genuinely enjoys spending time with our children. She celebrates their milestones, encourages their curiosity, and has an incredible ability to make them feel both loved and understood. She’s also been a steady, reassuring presence through every stage of our family’s life. Equally important, Kristen is reliable, trustworthy, and flexible — qualities that have been essential given our unpredictable schedules. She communicates clearly, always shows up on time, and can be counted on to manage any situation with calm and competence. After seven years, it’s hard to imagine our family without her.
