I am a mom to a 4. 5-year-old who has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and anxiety. I know from personal experience just how difficult and rewarding caring for a child with additional needs can be. Before becoming a mom, I taught for 10 years in an inclusive kindergarten setting at a local public school. I have a masters in special education and through experience feel confident in my abilities to follow an ABA treatment plan and offer behavioral support. I know each child is very unique and each family had their own way of handling situations. I believe communication and transparency are the keys to a positive care giving relationship.
