About Kristen

I have had multiple years working with the elderly population from volunteering in college to my most recent role as an Activities Coordinator in a Memory Care Facility. I'm creative, detail oriented with excellent people skills, hard working and very nurturing. I am looking to provide companion care by helping keep an individual active both physically and mentally and to provide companionship as that season of life can be lonely for many loved ones. I am able to run errands, tranaportation to apts, help organize their home or belongings, meal prep, clean, maintain a schedule, prepare activities or engage in their specific interests such as art, music, reading etc. I have always enjoyed spending time with that population and helped my mother take care of my own grandmother as well for years before she passed. I definitely have a heart for pouring love and compassion into people.
